Design Services

No Refunds After Approval:

Once the design process has begun and initial concepts are approved, refunds are not available. Our services include limited revisions within the agreed scope, giving clients ample opportunity to refine their designs until they are satisfied.

Final Deliverables:

Once the final design files have been delivered, all sales are considered final. We encourage clients to communicate openly during the design process to ensure the final product aligns with their vision.

Cancellation Policy:

Design project cancellations are only accepted if requested before work has commenced. Once the project is underway, the order is non-refundable.

Printing Services

Thorough Proof Review:

We take great care to produce high-quality prints and encourage clients to carefully review digital proofs before approving them. Once a print order is approved for production, refunds cannot be issued for errors resulting from customer-approved proofs or provided files.

Quality Assurance:

If there are issues with the print quality due to an error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or provide store credit for future purchases. However, we do not offer cash refunds for such cases.

Cancellations:

Print order cancellations can only be processed if production has not started. Once production begins, the sale is considered final.
